Your company is growing. You need sales and marketing tools created and maintained on a weekly or daily basis. Do you hire an in-house graphics designer, or have Sally, the administrator, do it? There is a third option. Hire us to be your outside in-house design team.

Sure, you can hire a designer fresh out of college, or still in college, for a lot less than we charge. However, unless you have a background in marketing, you’ll be spinning your wheels trying to give him/her the right direction he/she needs to give you what you want and need. Why waste your time? Plus, they could take up to twice as long to develop the right graphics, and still give you something that doesn’t function well.

  • Although the hourly rate can sometimes be less expensive, a full time designer may cost you more over time.
  • Think of all the overhead and benefits you will need to provide your new employee: Worker’s Comp, Taxes, Payroll expenses.
  • Most Designers are just that – Designers. You may hire them hoping they can do admin tasks for you, or other assistance, but they can’t. They are creative and that’s what they do best. You’d be better off hiring an Administrator with various office skills.
  • Sure, they are already working for you, but do they really know what they are doing? They may spend more time trying to figure out how to design it, taking away from time they could be more productive for you.
  • They may not have the software they need to get it ready for development.
  • We don’t care what your printer says – Word is not a design program. Your printer will end up re-designing it for you in the proper software to make it print well, or it will end up printing poorly.
